Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bunches spinach, washed, spun dry and torn up
    1/2 c. raisins, plumped in hot water and drained
    2 apples, cut up in bits
    1 c. Spanish peanuts
    1/3 c. scallions, sliced
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    2/3 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. Major Gray chutney
    1 tsp. curry
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of cayenne
    2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed (optional)
Preparation
    Let dressing stand at least 2 hours.
