Iowa Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sliced onion
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Pound steak, dredge in flour, cut meat into 3-inch cubes. Simmer onion in oil until golden brown, remove from pan.
    Brown steak, add salt, pepper, onions, water, sour cream and horseradish.
    Cook very slowly for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
