Crab Rangoon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 cans crab meat
    8 oz. cream cheese
    4 tsp. A.1. sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    peanut oil for frying
    rangoon or won ton skins
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients well.
    Put 1 teaspoon of mix in upper triangle of wrapper.
    Fold points together and seal with egg yolk and water mix.
    Pinch long ends together.
    Fry in hot oil until golden.
    Serve with sweet-sour sauce or hot mustard.
