Dad'S Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. good ground beef
    1/2 lb. sage sausage
    1 tsp. rubbed sage
    1 1/2 to 2 c. crushed saltines
    3 medium eggs
    1 large onion, diced
    several stalks celery, diced
    green pepper, diced
    pinch chili pepper
    pinch black pepper
    pinch salt
    1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Roll into loaf form and put in baking dish.
    Rub a coating of ketchup on the top and sides of the meatloaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
