Chinese Chicken Finger Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
water (enough to make batter smooth and thick)
hot cooking oil (at least 3-inches deep)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in order.
Use to coat chicken breast slices, shrimp or pork.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper.
