Chinese Tea Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 Tbsp. black tea
    1 Tbsp. cloves
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place the eggs in a saucepan of cold water.
    Bring them to a boil over medium-high heat.
    Boil them for 25 minutes.
    Cool the eggs for 5 minutes in cold water.
    Lightly roll the eggs on a flat surface until their shells are covered with fine cracks.
    Place the eggs in a large saucepan.
    Add the other ingredients.
    Add sufficient water to cover.
    Bring them just to boiling.
    Reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour.
