Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
12 eggs
9 c. self-rising flour
5 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cloves, ground
1 lb. coconut
9 c. mixed nuts
1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
-
Mix well.
Use loaf pans greased and lined with wax paper. Fill pans 2/3 full.
Bake 2 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0.
