Apricot Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sweet potatoes
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. apricot nectar
    1/2 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water (salted), about 10 minutes or until tender.
    Cool, peel and cut into 1/2-inch slices. Arrange in dish.
