Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat about 20 strokes.
    Allow dough to rise about 5 minutes.
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Divide dough in half.
    Place on greased baking sheet. Spread to 10-inches round.
    Continue flouring hand while spreading dough.
    Add pizza ingredients and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
