Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 chopped onion
    flour
    salt and pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Toss hash browns, cheese and onion together with enough flour to coat ingredients well.
    Place in a greased casserole.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Dot with butter.
    Add milk to about 1/4 of dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
