Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    1 1/2 c. grits
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 lb. Velveeta, grated or cubed small
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chile (optional)
    2 tsp. savory salt
    dash of Tabasco
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
Preparation
    Cook grits according to package directions.
    Add other ingredients.
    Bake in greased casserole or 13 x 9-inch pan at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
