Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh cranberries
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. flour
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 egg
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    dry ingredients.
    Melt margarine and mix with orange juice and water. Beat egg slightly and add to juice and water mixture.
    Mix liquids into dry ingredients. Add nuts and cranberries
    which have been washed and cut into halves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 70 minutes in greased loaf pan.
