Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
1/2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
Preparation

Drain pineapple, saving juice.
Mix all ingredients except crackers.
Pour in 1-quart buttered casserole dish.
Crumble crackers and mix with 1 stick melted butter.
Put on top of casserole.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
