Easy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Preparation

On a large sheet of foil, form meat into a loaf about 3-inches thick. Sprinkle soup mix over meat. Spoon soup over top of meat loaf. Wrap loosely with foil and seal tightly.
Place in a shallow pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
Gravy will be greasy unless lean beef is used.
