Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour (plain)
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. oil
food coloring

Preparation

Mix ingredients in heavy saucepan.
Cook on low setting, stirring often.
Cook until mixture pulls away from the sides of the pan.
Remove from heat and knead.
Store in airtight container.
