Blackened Redfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sweet paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ground red cayenne
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    3/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    6 redfish fillets
Preparation
    Mix ingredients except fish thoroughly.
    Cover fillets completely and cook on hot griddle or barbecue grill for a few minutes, depending on size of fillets.
    Serve immediately.
