Mrs. Truman'S Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar until light.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt and stir into egg mixture.
Add apples, nuts and vanilla. Stir well.
Pour into large, buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
