Beet Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. plus 1 Tbsp. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. beet juice
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. onion juice
    5 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of red pepper
    1 c. celery
    1 c. tiny English peas
    1 c. chopped canned beets
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add other ingredients. Chill until firm.
    Serves 8.
