African-Spiced Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. fresh broccoli florets
    3/4 c. small fresh cauliflowerets
    1/2 c. (1/4-inch) diagonally sliced carrot
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. ground coriander
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. fat-free sour cream
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
Preparation
    Steam first 3 ingredients, covered, 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water; drain well. Combine salt and next 5 ingredients in small skillet. Place over medium heat 2 minutes or until fragrant, stirring constantly. Combine spice mixture, sour cream, vinegar and honey in medium bowl. Stir well. Add broccoli mixture and green onions; toss well to coat. Yields 2 servings of 1 cup each.
