Smothered Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
    1 large onion
    1 large green pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    4 to 6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Marinate chicken breasts in teriyaki sauce at least 2 hours. Broil or grill chicken until done.
    Saute sliced onion and green pepper in margarine.
    Top each chicken breast with equal portions of sauteed onion and green pepper.
    Place approximately 1 ounce grated Monterey Jack on top of chicken breast with onion and green pepper.
    Microwave until cheese is melted (about 1 minute).
    Serve immediately.
