Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 finely chopped onion
3 Tbsp. butter
1 (No. 1) can finely chopped ham
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 can finely chopped corned beef
9 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
3 c. sauerkraut, drained and ground
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
seasoned salt
3/4 c. beef stock (bouillon)
Preparation

Saute first 5 ingredients together.
Heat well.
