Persimmon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2/3 c. water
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar
    and
    eggs;
    add
    oil and water.
    Mix well, then add all
    dry
    ingredients.\tCook in two loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can substitute spices, if preferred.
