Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless chuck roast
    1 1/2 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar (or white)
    2 Tbsp. yellow mustard (not powder)
    2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke flavoring
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    14 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Put roast in crockpot on low overnight or until tender. Remove fat and grease. Shred roast with fork. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl to make barbecue sauce. Pour over roast. Continue cooking on low in crockpot for 4 or 5 hours or until heated through. Spoon onto buns and top with more barbecue sauce if desired.
