Lone Star Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Skinner Lone Star pasta (uncooked)
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of paprika
    1 c. Miracle Whip light salad dressing
    1/3 c. finely chopped carrots
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook
    pasta
    according
    to
    package
    directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.
    In a large bowl, combine
    cooled pasta with remaining ingredients;
    toss lightly until
    evenly coated.
    Cover; chill thoroughly before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
