Italian Sausage Lasagna Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown crumbled sausage; drain.
Stir in 1/2 cup sauce and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
Put approximately 1/3 cup sausage mixture in middle of each noodle.
Fold the ends of each noodle over the mixture in center.
Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Spoon remaining sauce over noodles.
Top with Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
