Warm Bacon Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 strips bacon
    4 to 5 large potatoes
    onion, chopped finely
    real mayonnaise (not low-fat)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry about 6 to 7 strips of bacon crisp.
    Drain and crumble. Set aside.
    Peel and cube potatoes (large cubes) and boil until tender (with salt).
    Drain and crumble bacon and onion to taste. Mix with mayonnaise as you would for any potato salad.
    Season with quite a lot of salt and pepper.
    Mix ingredients while potatoes are still hot and serve warm.
