Nippy Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef brisket
1 1/4 c. carrots, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. water
4 tsp. cornstarch
4 c. curly noodles
Preparation

Cut brisket into 1-inch cubes.
Brown in hot oil.
Add carrots, onion, tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, water and salt.
Cover and cook on low heat for about 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
Combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup cold water.
Add to beef mixture and stir until thick and bubbly.
Prepare curly noodles according to package instructions. Serve beef mixture over noodles.
Garnish with carrot curls and parsley.
Serves 8.
