Orange Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. honey
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Place honey in a small saucepan.
    Combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup orange juice in a jar with a lid and shake until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
    Stir in cinnamon and butter.
    Cook until butter melts.
    Cool before using.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
