Cracker Treats - cooking recipe

Ingredients

Waverly Wafers crackers
1 stick butter
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Break crackers into sections.
Put a layer of foil in bottom of cookie sheet.
Spread crackers in pan. Sprinkle nuts on top.
Put butter, margarine and sugar in saucepan.
Heat on low to boiling.
Boil 7 minutes.
Quickly stir in vanilla and drizzle over crackers.
Bake 10 minutes.
Cool 1 minute in pan, then put on wax paper to cool completely.
