Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    6 slices bread, crusts trimmed
    6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 eggs, separated
    2 c. half and half or whole milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach well.
    Make crumbs from bread in blender or
    processor.
    Mix
    cheese,
    crumbs
    and spinach.
    In mixing bowl, beat egg yolks; add half and half and seasonings. Pour over
    spinach mixture in a buttered 1 1/2-quart ovenproof dish.
    Let stand
    1
    hour.
    May
    be
    done ahead to this point. Preheat oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Beat
    egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
    Bake
    1
    hour
    and
    10
    minutes
    and serve hot. Recipe can be doubled.
    This may be frozen after baking.
    Thaw and reheat 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
