Butter Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter or margarine
2 c. baking mix
1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Stir together baking mix and water to form a soft dough.
Shape dough into a ball on a floured surface and knead 5 times.
Roll dough into 10 x 6-inch rectangle.
Cut lengthwise into strips about 3/4-inch wide and cut strips into pieces about 3 inches each.
Dip each \"stick\" into the melted butter, making sure both sides are coated.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes about 24 sticks.
