Chicken Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onion
2 eggs
salt and freshly ground pepper
2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Combine chicken, bread crumbs, onion and eggs in medium bowl and blend well.
Season with salt and pepper, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Form chicken mixture into 6 patties.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Add patties and fry until browned, turning once.
Serve on buns with tomatoes, lettuce, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, etc.
