Low-Fat Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sifted cake flour
1/2 c. honey
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Sift flour and baking soda two times in large bowl. Mix egg whites at high speed until foamy.
Add lemon juice, cream of tartar, vanilla, almond extract and honey.
Continue mixing until egg whites form a peak.
Mix in flour mixture.
Pour into an ungreased tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40-45 minutes.
Serves 10.
