Impossible Bacon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 strips bacon, fried and crumpled
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease pie plate.
Fry the bacon until brown.
Blot off excess grease with paper towel. (Crumble.)
Sprinkle bacon, onions, cheese and peppers on bottom of plate.
Mix eggs, milk, Bisquick, pepper and salt together until smooth.
Pour the mixture into pie plate; bake 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
