Elegant Wine Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 lb. unsalted butter
    1 qt. Burgundy
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dill seed
    1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate (optional)
    1 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves fresh garlic
    2 c. boiling water
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Clean the mushrooms, leaving the stems on.
    Combine all other ingredients in a large saucepan and add the mushrooms.
    Bring to a slow boil on medium heat and then reduce to a simmer.
    Cook 5 hours with pot covered, stirring now and then.
    Remove cover and cook another 3 to 5 hours, until the liquid barely covers the mushrooms.
