Yogurt And Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh spinach, chopped or 1 c. frozen spinach, chopped
    2 onions, thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. yogurt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. saffron, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation
    Steam the spinach in a steamer for 20 minutes.
    Drain.
