Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and save.
    Combine 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice, sugar and flour to make paste.
    Stir in rest of juice.
    Add cheese and pineapple chunks, mixing well.
    Spoon mixture into greased 1 quart casserole.
    Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs.
    Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until slightly brown.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
