Hamburg Mushroom Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 small can Durkee French-fried onions
Preparation
    Mix beef with milk.
    Form into 4 patties and place in bottom of casserole.
    Microwave for 5 minutes.
    Drain liquid.
    Cover beef with mushroom soup.
    Microwave for 3 or so minutes.
    Sprinkle onions on top of casserole.
    Microwave for 1 minute.
    Makes 4 servings.
