Fried Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium Bermuda onions or mild white onions
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Cut onions into 1/4-inch thick slices; separate into rings. Combine Bisquick, salt and milk.
    Coat onions in Bisquick batter. Heat cooking oil in deep fat fryer.
    Fry onion rings in hot oil until golden brown.
    Drain thoroughly on paper towels.
