Summer Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fresh tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
    1/4 c. minced fresh basil
    2 cloves garlic
    2/3 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. salad oil
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. spaghetti or other pasta
Preparation
    Mix ingredients except pasta.
    Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature, covered.
    Toss over cooked pasta.
    Serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese.
    (Mix can be made the day before.)
