Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
