Slow Cooker Applesauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. cooking apples
1 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Wash apples.
Remove stems and cut into quarters.
Cook in covered crock-pot 2 to 3 hours or until tender, stirring every hour.
Puree apples.
Measure and return to crock-pot.
For every cup of applesauce, stir in 1/4 cup of sugar or to taste.
Cook on high for 2 more hours, stirring occasionally.
