Carrot Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. Wheaties
    6 c. grated carrots
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Pour into greased mold (bottom lined with Wheaties).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in pan of water 1/3 up side of pan.
