Upside-Down Ground Beef Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 can sandwich sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet. Break meat up while cooking. Drain off excess drippings.
    Add sauce to meat; cook until thoroughly heated.
    Spread mixture over bottom of buttered 9-inch pie plate.
    Mix corn muffin mix according to directions. Spread evenly over top of meat mixture. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Test for doneness.
    Cool before serving.
    Serve warm! Serves 4 to 6.
