Pan Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pan sausage
    1 bell pepper
    1 large onion
    1/2 stalk celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 cans water
    1/2 c. whole grain rice
Preparation
    Roll sausage in medium size patties.
    Fry until 1/2 done. Remove to oblong pan and line bottom of pan.
    Slice pepper in thin rings.
    Slice onions in thin rings and chop celery in small pieces.
    Place vegetables in layers over sausage patties.
    Dilute cream soups and pour over meat.
    Make sure enough water is added to steam the 1/2 cup rice.
