Diabetic Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    2/3 c. nonfat milk (powdered)
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 Tbsp. flour
    6 to 8 packs Sweet 'N Low
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 to 2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; pour into 12 muffin cups and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
