Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1/2 lb. extra-lean hamburger
2 large potatoes, cut in chunks
1 large onion, diced
4 carrots, sliced
1 small head cabbage
Salt and pepper to taste
8 sliced Mexican mild Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of broccoli soup (without mixing with milk)
Preparation

Slice Mexican Velveeta (mild) cheese on top.
(Salt and pepper to taste.)
Cover and heat slowly to steaming until vegetables and meat previously placed in pot are done.
Spicy! Yummy!!!
