Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 wings
    2 Tbsp. sugar or 1/4 c. honey
    1 tsp. anise seed
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
Preparation
    Cut wings in two.
    Wash in warm water and dry.
    Mix all ingredients together in large frypan.
    Add wings and stir.
    Cover and cook 20 minutes.
    Uncover; cook an additional 15 minutes.
