Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. red Rhine cheese
    1/2 lb. mild Cheddar
    1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    8 oz. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
Preparation
    Grate cheeses and let set to room temperature.
    Mix all together and form 6 balls.
    Lay to one side on wax paper. Sprinkle red pepper and a few dashes of cayenne pepper.
    Roll cheese balls into cylinders through the pepper.
    Store in wax paper and chill before serving.
