Kaiserschmarren - Austrian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk (whole) or cream
    1 pinch salt
    2 c. flour
    3 to 4 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Beat butter, sugar, egg yolks and salt and then add flour and milk.
    Beat egg whites and fold into the dough.
